Returning an item

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase; if you’re not, we will be happy to provide an exchange or refund based on our policy below:

You have 14 days to return an item(s) if you have changed your mind. Items must be in the original packaging and in resaleable condition. You must have the Invoice or proof of purchase. Faulty or misdescribed goods may be returned within 1 month from purchase with the Invoice or proof of purchase.

Return the item to us preferably with your proof of purchase* for an exchange or refund**
Make your return within 14 days from the day of purchase
Faulty or misdescribed products must be returned within 1 month of purchase

 

Changed your mind

If you’ve changed your mind, simply return the product in the original packaging with all components included, along with the original Invoice or proof of purchase. (Subject to a 10% handling charge.)

We can only accept an item for exchange or refund with the original Invoice or proof of purchase
Faulty or misdescribed items can be returned within month from the day of purchase with the original Invoice or proof of purchase

 

Proof of purchase

Valid Invoice detailing the item, transaction, cost and day of purchase
Bank, building society or credit card statement (printed paper version)

• Any doors specifically ordered and correctly supplied cannot be returned.
• Items must be in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

• Faulty or misdescribed goods may be returned within 1 month from purchase with the Invoice or proof of purchase.
• We do not cover the cost of return postage.
