Can I get my item next day and how much does it cost?

Standard next day delivery is available. The cost for next day delivery on items up to 20kg is £18.00.

What if my item is over 35kg?

Standard next day delivery is available. The cost for next day delivery on items up to 35kg is £25.00

What is the cost for a pallet delivery?

Pallet delivery cost is £35.00

Can I get my part delivered on a Saturday?

Yes. The cost for Saturday AM delivery is £25.00

Returns FAQ’s

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days to return an item(s) if you have changed your mind. Faulty or misdescribed goods may be returned within 1 month from purchase with the Invoice or proof of purchase.

What if my item is faulty?

Faulty or misdescribed goods may be returned within 1 month from purchase with the Invoice or proof of purchase.

Can I return if I’ve changed my mind?

If you’ve changed your mind, simply return the product in the original packaging with all components included, along with the original Invoice or proof of purchase. (Subject to a 10% handling charge.)

What is considered proof of purchase?

Valid Invoice detailing the item, transaction, cost and day of purchase. Bank, building society or credit card statement (printed paper version)

What won’t we accept as a return?

Any item specifically manufactured and supplied correctly cannot be returned. Any doors specifically ordered and correctly supplied cannot be returned.

Do you cover the cost of return postage?

We do not cover the cost of return postage.
